Does WealthPlanner connect to my bank or investment accounts?

Short answer

No. WealthPlanner has no bank, brokerage or credit-bureau connections and never asks for account logins. You type in the figures you want to model.

That is a deliberate limit. It means there is no account data for WealthPlanner to store or lose. It also means the results are only as current as the figures you enter.

If a site or email claiming to be WealthPlanner asks for a bank or brokerage login, it is not WealthPlanner.
